John Doe only wants an Internet connection and wants to drop his payment in the slot each month.  His one-time setup fee would be $14.95 and his monthly fee would be $21.00. 

Sally Jones wants the same Internet connection but she wants to pay for her service semi-annually.  Her one-time setup fee would be $14.95 and every six months she would receive an invoice for $117.00. 

Joe Welder wants an Internet connection and also wants a web site for his business and wants the service fee directly deducted from his checking account.  Joe's one-time connection setup fee would be $14.95 and his one-time website setup fee would be $20, for a total one-time setup fee of $34.95.  Joe's monthly fee would be $20 for the AutoPay connection fee plus $3 for 10 MB of web page storage.  Each month on about the 6th, $23.00 would automatically be withdrawn from Joe's checking account and paid to Carrollton Internet Services.

120 x 40 pixel ad is only $5.00 per month, 320 x 60 ad is $15.00 per month. Customer supplies the artwork (gif format). No minimum. Email david@carolnet.com or call 816-542-3002 during normal business hours.
* Customer is responsible for making monthly payment by the 15th of month. No invoice will be mailed.  If $21 payment is not received by 15th, then $22 will be invoiced and due upon receipt.
** Un-metered usage means the subscriber is not charged for the amount of connect time.  It does not mean unlimited connection.  Because a few have left their computers connected for long periods of time and thereby preventing others from using that line, we have installed software that automatically disconnects after a set period of connection. Use of auto-redial software is a violation of our service agreement!

 
AutoPay
Enjoy Quarterly Rates while only paying monthly with our AutoPay program. We currently have two methods of using AutoPay as follows:

1) With your written approval, we can automatically create what is called a draft check using Checkman software. We use information found on your personal or business check to create this draft check. We then deposit the draft check into our account and notify you by email. We will deposit all draft checks on the same day of the month about the 5th. A draft check, for 1/3 of the quarterly rate, will appear on your monthly bank statement just like any other check, except your signature is not required.
2) If you have a First National Bank account, you can arrange with the bank to have 1/3 of the quarterly fee taken from your account each month and deposited into our account. Please contact Doc Snider at the bank if you want this payment method.


EXCERPT FROM SERVICE AGREEMENT
The use of the system is a privilege which may be revoked by First Financial Group at any time for abusive conduct. Such conduct would include, but not be limited to, the placing of unlawful information on the system, the use of obscene, abusive, or otherwise objectionable language in either public or private messages and unauthorized use of another's account or violation of this Agreement. First Financial Group, Inc. will be the sole arbiter of what constitutes abusive conduct. First Financial Group further reserves the right to review any material stored in files or programs to which all system users have access and will edit or remove any material which First Financial Group, Inc. in its sole discretion believe may be unlawful, obscene, abusive, or otherwise objectionable. Service is not available to individuals under 18 years of age except with parental consent.
