Joe Welder wants an Internet connection and also wants a web site for his business and wants the service fee directly deducted from his checking account.  Joe's one-time connection setup fee would be $14.95 and his one-time website setup fee would be $75, for a total one-time setup fee of $89.95.  Joe's monthly fee would be $20 for the AutoPay connection fee plus $15 for 50 MB of web page storage (Plan A).  Each month on about the 6th, $35.00 would automatically be withdrawn from Joe's checking account and paid to Carrollton Internet Services.
